How We Grow...

At Little Buffalo Mushroom Company, our mushrooms are grown indoors in carefully controlled environments designed to promote clean, healthy, and consistent cultivation year-round.

Each variety is grown using specially prepared substrate blends and monitored environmental conditions that help support strong mycelial growth, proper humidity, fresh air exchange, and ideal fruiting conditions. From incubation to harvest, every stage is handled with attention to detail and small-batch care.

Our cultivation spaces include dedicated laboratory, incubation, and fruiting areas designed to help maintain cleanliness and product quality throughout the growing process. Environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, airflow, and CO₂ levels are continuously monitored to provide ideal growing conditions for each mushroom variety.

Once mature, mushrooms are carefully hand-harvested at peak freshness, allowing us to deliver premium gourmet mushrooms known for their flavor, texture, and quality.

We focus on growing:

  • Fresh

  • Local

  • Small-batch

  • Sustainably cultivated gourmet mushrooms

Every harvest reflects our commitment to quality, consistency, and responsible cultivation practices.
